<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a photosensitive resin compsn. having high reliability and high sensitivity and to obtain a production method of a color filter using this compsn. in a short production process with good workability by using a mixture of a triazine-base compd., imidazole-based compd., and aminoacetophenone-based compd. as the photopolymn. ititiator. CONSTITUTION:This color resin compsn. essentially consists of an acryl resin, dye, dispersant, photopolymerizable monomer, photopolymn. initiator and solvent. The photopolymn. initiator consists of a mixture containing at least each one kind of triazine-based compds., imidazole-based compds., and aminoacetophenone- based compds. By using the mixture of a triazine compd., imidazole compd., and aminoacetophenone-based compds. as the photopolymn. initiator in the color resin compsn., the photosensitivity of the photosensitive color resin compsn. is improved so that a pattern can be formed even without an oxygen shielding film. Further, a good shape of the pattern can be obtd.</p> |
