<p>Novel splice mutants of interleukins-2 and 4 are disclosed, which contain exons 1, 3 and 4 of the full-length mRNAs, but have exon 2 deleted. The proteins resulting from the expression of these splice mutants are useful in regulating the activity of the full-length interleukins.</p> |
