A 24-hour urine collection apparatus for infants is provided herein. It includes a collection chamber and an infant-supporting frame which is superposed over the collection chamber. A bed sheet of liquid permeable, hydrophobic, non-absorbent material is supported and held by the frame, and the infant is adapted to lie upon the sheet. The collection chamber has structure to facilitate accumulation of urine at a predetermined location. Apparatus is provided to withdraw all the urine collected in the collection chamber.
