The clamping unit (1) has at least one locking hook (5). This is located on a clamping lever (6), which is pivoted about a vehicle-fastened axis (10). The hook is moved into locking and release positions, by pivoting about a bearing axis (12). The lever is held in an outward position via a traction spring (15), below the vehicle bearing. A dynamic effect line of the servo element (8) extends between the bearing axis (10,12). After positioning of the hook on the longitudinal container strut (4), locking is achieved by pivoting the lever, and lowering the hook.
