Sealing device for leakage points

The sealing device has a cooling body (4) to fit the leakage point, through which a cryogenic coolant flows. The cooling body has double walls and an input tube (3) with manipulation rods (9) controlled via remote control elements. There are guide devices to spread the coolant over at least part of the internal contact surfaces of the outer mould body. An elastic insulation and sealing body (8.1) is fitted to the cooling body and at the edges of the leak (5). For a leak in the form of a hole, the cooling body is in the shape of a double-walled variable wedge or pyramid.
