The present invention makes it possible to easily produce and assemble a lock frame and a cover, to make handling easy, and to clamp satisfactorily hairs between the cover and a roll member. A pair of hair support portions (20, 20) each consisting of a cover member (27) and a lock frame (19) are molded integrally from a synthetic resin, and the cover member (27) is shaped into a mesh form having a large number of through-holes (33), and a pair of hair support portions (20, 20) are connected to a pair of connection portions (21, 22) of the lock frame (19) so that the cover member (27) can be reversibly curved along the outer periphery of the roll member (11) due to plastic deformation.
