polycarbonate resin; ABS (acrylonitrile-butadien-styrene graft copolymer) resin; caprolacton modifyied resin; and specially 5-10 wt.% (w.r.t. the total resin compsn.) of the copoymer as compatiblizing agent, comprising 5-30 wt.% of styrene or alpha-methyl styrene, 30-50 wt.% of maleic anhydride, and 10-65 wt.% of acrylate or methylmethacrylate. The obtd. thermoplastic resin compsn. has improved weld strength, heat resistance, compatibility, impact resistance, and good workability and reduces cost in the process, and is useful for component of cars, and housing material of electrical device.
