PURPOSE:To provide an inexpensive focusing position adjustment mechanism capable of easily adjusting a focal distance from the focusing surface of a CCD element in a CCD camera unit to the surface of the lens fitting mount of an optical microscope. CONSTITUTION:The holding substrate 1 of the CCD element is screwed to a lens barrel 4 through a CCD control substrate fitting plate 3 by a screw 1a. A screw part provided at the projecting part of the lens barrel 4 is screwed to a tapped part provided on the inside circumferential surface of an adjustment barrel member 6. Then, a focusing position is adjusted by moving the lens barrel 4 along a guide shaft in an optical axis direction. A CCD light receiving part and the focusing position adjustment part thereof are integrally unitized and the assembling and the manufacture thereof are facilitated. |
