The quenched metal fastener allows the rapid and simple fastening of a cramp on a traditional horse shoe. The lower sharpened part (1) easily slides between the iron sponge and the heel part of the horse shoe. The upper part (2), which is positioned on the upper face of the iron sponge, is threaded for a foot screw allowing its fixing and holding by a cramp. The rear part (3) is applied against the internal thickness of the iron sponge. The curvature of the fastener gives it an elasticity allowing the necessary deformation at the time of tightening the clamp. <IMAGE>
