The plinth plate (2) is float-mounted on a vertical axle rotating on the base-plate (1), on a film of liquid which absorbs the vertical and horizontal forces on the plinth plate. The top side of the base plate has a recess (4) which holds a centering protuberance (3) protruding from the underside of the plinth plate. The recess has an inlet (5) pressing at least one liquid into a gap between the recess and the centering protuberance.
