An extruding and calendering process is described, by which it is possible to produce a plastic sheet (16), in particular for lining concrete tanks, having greatly undercut anchoring elements (10). These attachments preferably comprise wings (13) of sheet-like form which are arranged in something of a V shape, forming an angle and offset from each other with respect to their width. The leading wing in the production operation has a smaller angle with respect to the normal line through the sheet base.
