Theinopyrane derivatives of general formula I, where thiophene surplus can be substituted with -CN, -CHO, -CH=NOH, -CONH2 or -COOR1, R1 means alkyl with 1 to 4 atoms of carbon, n means integer 3, 4 or 5. These derivatives can be gained with reaction of compound with general formula III, where X means chlorine, bromine or iodine with compound of general formula IV, where n means integer 3, 4 or 5 in inert organic diluent by presence at least 2 equivalents of strong nucleophile base and this way gained racemate can be divided on enantiomers. Compounds are suitable for treating of illnesses which can be treated by activation of membrane canals K+.
