PURPOSE:To permit execution of a sure reanalysis including an analysis of a sharp differential peak without using a large-capacity memory by constituting a titled processor of a conversion part, comparison part, memory part, arithmetic memory part, analysis part, etc. CONSTITUTION:An isokinetic electrophoretic analysis instrument 2 is provided with an isokinetic electrophoresis part 9 provided with a leading liquid cell, etc., a detector 10 which outputs a potential gradient signal (raw signal) and the differential signal thereof, and a recorder 11. The conversion part 3 samples the potential gradient raw signal from the detector 10 and the differential signal thereof and converts the same to a digital quantity. The comparison part 4 compares the differential signal value and the prescribed threshold. The memory part 5 stores the raw signal value when the differential signal value exceeds the threshold and the differential signal value successively. The arithmetic memory part 6 integrates the raw signal value in the section when the differential signal value falls to the threshold value or below by each section, calculates the respective average values and stores the same together with the section time. the analysis part 7 makes the prescribed data processing after the end of the electrophoresis in accordance with the data of the memory part 5 and the data of the arithmetic memory part 6. |
