The feed is made continuously by 1) cutting radish leaves and cabbage leaves into 20mm size in the cutter(1), 2) dehydrating the cut leaves into 30-40% moisture content by pressing in a dehydrator(3) having screw, and 3) drying the dehydrated cut leaves contg. 30-40% moisture in a rotary dryer(19), pulverizing in a pulverizing device(24), forming in a forming device(28) and packaging to obtain the final product.
