The machine extrudes cream, paste or liquid from a container (3) which has a housing (10) of given depth and constant section with an axis of symmetry (22). It has an obturator for the container opening which is connected to parts for its translatory coupling and free rotation (31,32) about the axis of symmetry. These parts co-operate with a complementary part (20) connected to the container. An outlet orifice (33) is drilled in the obturator. A threaded rod (34) with a longitudinal bore (35) extends towards the container interior and is fixed at one of its ends to the obturator. A piston (40) is screwed on the rod and is locked in rotation so as to be able to cover in translation the depth of the container for reversing the flow of the product towards the bore.
