The system having a robot and a chucking device, automatically welds a carrier tube applied for the vehicle steering device and the cushion device. The system comprises an index unit(1), a round table(2) on the index unit(2), a plurality of first jig devices(7) on the table, a plurality of second jig devices(8) located between the first jig devices, a first chucking device(21) mounted on the outer table, on the opposite side of the first jig device, a second chucking device(41) being opposite to the first jig device, a third chucking device(31) opposite to the second jig device(8), a welding device mounted on the respective outsides of all the chucking devices.
