The symmetrical plough body (1B) has a plough head which is connected to a tractor. A beam (6), having a side girder (6A), is connected directly or indirectly to the plough head by a pivot with a longitudinal vertical axis. The beam carries a ploughing part (11B) composed of a stanchion (12B) connected to the beam by a first pivot (16), with a longitudinal horizontal axis (16a) orthogonal to the beam. A ploughing body (13-14) is fixed to the stanchion. One or several energy accumulators (25B) are implanted in the beam and connected to it by a second pivot (28B) and to the stanchion by a third pivot (29B). The energy accumulators store energy provided by the ploughing part at the time of disengagement and returns it once the obstacle is cleared.
