NOVEL TRIAZOLE DERIVATIVE AND ANTIMYCOTIC AGENT CONTAINING THE SAME AS ACTIVE INGREDIENT

An antimycotic triazole derivative represented by general formula (I), a physiologically acceptable salt thereof, and an antimycotic agent containing the same as the active ingredient: wherein R?1 and R2¿ represent each independently hydrogen, lower alkyl or cycloalkyl, or R?1 and R2¿ are combined together to represent alkylene; R3 represents lower alkyl, cycloalkyl, alkyl having a double bond(s), optionally substituted heterocycle or -NR5R6; R5 represents hydrogen or lower alkyl and R6 represents optionally substituted heterocycle, or R?5 and R6¿ are combined together to represent sulfur-containing alkylene; R4 represents hydrogen or lower alkyl; X1 represents hydrogen, halogen or trifluoromethyl; X2 represents hydrogen or halogen; and n represents 0 to 2. These substances have a remarkably potent antimycotic activity and are useful for curing animal and human superficial and deep-seated mycoses.
