The silicone coating composition comprises 40-50 wt. % of a transparent liquid silicone, 10-20 wt. % of benzoyl peroxide, 2-5 wt. % of 2,5-dimithyl-2,5-bis(t-butylperoxy)hexane and 30-40 wt. % of methylisobutylketone. A keyboard panel(1) is fixed on the fixed board(301) by a jig(101), and the keyboard(2) is coated by the silicone coating composition. The coating composition containing a transparent liquid silicone 45 g, benzoyl peroxide 15 g, 2,5-dimethyl-2,5-bis(t-butylperoxy)hexane 2.5 g and methylisobutylketone 35 g is coated on the character plate and vulcanized at 145 degree C for 10 min, and coated and vulcanized again at 145 degree C for 10 min to give the keyboard.
