The pressure reducing system has a disc (1) with a pressure reducing groove, inside a rotating casing above a shaft. There are through bores from the groove. There is a counter-groove (4) in the casing, with an output bore (5), leading out between the turning scoops. This reduces the pressure and has an additional effect on the water flow.
