The lower holder element is fastened to the base of the container and consists of a fixing rail (12). The rail is glued to the base of and/or clamped between the walls of the container, and holds the dividing wall. Fixing rail and/or connection device consist mainly of plastic. The rail may consist of two crossing rail sections. The ends of the rail to be clamped consist of enlarged heads (25).
