Electronic locking of front door on car

The front door of a car has a motor controlled by the central locking system (11) with two-way switches (15 to 17) that accept commands from a remote control (13), a key (18) or a locking knob. There is a safety switch (16) which indicates the lock state of the door lock, connected to one of the two wires from the locking knob. This switch is connected to the central locking unit. The output wire of the locking knob switch (15) is the wire (25) which indicates the unlocked state so that when the switch contacts the second wire (23) to indicate the locked state, the safety switch contacts the first wire (25). The logic of the system is programmed to recognise a signal indicating the unlocked state.
