The forward (2) and rear (4) knife sections are positively interconnected by a detachable clamp connection. The cutting region (3) in the forward knife section runs in a concave arc or in a straight line. The cutting region (3), in the forward knife section, may run forward at an acute angle (alpha) in a straight line in a first section which changes into a second straight line section which has an angle larger than the angle of the first section.
