Lighting fixture with a rod-shaped lamp (5), with a mirror reflector lying above the lamp and with a reflector system lying below it. The reflector system exhibits two screening strips (1a, 1b, 2a, 2b) arranged transverse to the longitudinal direction of the lamp, which strips with two side screening strips (3, 4) arranged parallel to the longitudinal direction of the lamp form a square double frame in the ground trace. The light-emitting part (10) of the lamp (5) lies above the internal screening strips (1a, 1b) and - seen in the ground trace - between these internal screening strips (1a, 1b).
