The far infrared radiating film compsn. comprises 10-30 wt.% of the binding agent, 20-40 wt.% of the copper-chrome based black paint, 40-60 wt.% of the far infrared radiating inorganic functional filler, and 10-20 wt.% of the organic mixed solvent, where the binding agent is a hydrolysis product to be prepd. by hydrolysis of the mixt. comprising 1:1-1:3 of colloidal allumina and organic fucntional silane compound. Pref. The org. mixed solvent is the mixt. contg. 10-20 wt.% of n-butanol, 20-30 wt.% of xylene, 20-30 wt.% of toluene, 15-25 wt.% of butyl cellusolve and 15-20 wt.% of methylethyl ketone. The obtd. compsn. is useful for coating the glass lamp of a refrigerating chamber, in which the lamp radiates far infrared ray.
