Filling and discharge mechanism for underground storage tank

The storage tank (10) has a dome shaft (11) for a liquid product. In a filling shaft (14) is located a filling line (16) to the tank, while a discharge line (18) leads from the tank to a dispensing pump (20) with a pumping device (26) and a sight glass (28). The filling and discharge lines are buried. On a partial section (22) of their length the two lines are in the form of a double pipe (24), in which the filling line forms the inner pipeline (16a) and the discharge line the outer one (18a) in a coaxial configuration.
