The device consists of an insert comprising two parts (2, 3) in the form of a quarter disc, articulated to one another along one of their faces (4, 5), the other face (9, 10) being contained in a plane at right angles to the axis (8) of articulation, the radial cross section of the insert being substantially identical to the inner hollow core of each section (11, 12). |
