<p>PURPOSE:To assemble a large number of components accurately at a time by attaching a movable base capable of moving forward or backward and right or left and of fixing itself to a robot arm, and by attaching a floating base capable of moving forward or backward and right or left and of fixing itself to the said movable base, and providing the respective bases with reference pins and various component attachment members. CONSTITUTION:A movable base 6 capable of moving forward or backward and right or left and of fixing itself is arranged on a machine frame 5 of a robot arm Rm while a reference pin P1 and an attaching unit for a roof lining Lr, a room lamp Lar, an inside rear view mirror Mr, and a grab rail Gr are attached onto a sub-base 17 capable of moving forward or backward and right or left. On the movable base 6 is further arranged a floating base 42 capable of moving forward or backward and right or left and of fixing itself on which a reference pin P2 and an attaching unit for a sun visor Bs are arranged. Fitting the respective pins P1, P2 to reference pin holes on a vehicle body and after positioning respective bases 6, 42, attaching of various components can be performed simultaneously and accurately.</p> |
