PURPOSE:To obtain the title material improved in an effect of preventing a developing machine from being stained with a developer by extruding a thermosetting resin composition comprising a phenolic resin, inorganic and/or organic fillers and a polytetrafluoroethylene. CONSTITUTION:A thermosetting resin composition is obtained by mixing 100 pts.wt. novolac or resol phenolic resin (A) with 15-200 pts.wt. inorganic and/or organic fillers (B) (e.g. glass fiber) and 1-10 pts.wt. polytetrafluoroethylene (C). This composition is extruded at 50-200 deg.C with an extruder equipped with a screw having a smooth part on the tip. |
