摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To realize a junction part, which is substantially amorphous or lowly crystalline as to have a crystallinity of 15% or less and has a peeling strength of 15 kg/cm<2> or more and is completely fused, by a method wherein a neck part, which consists of highly crystallized thermoplastic polyester, and a bottomed body, which mainly consists of substantially amorphous thermoplastic polyester, are fusingly joined mutually by means of heat generated frictionally between joint faces. CONSTITUTION:A bottomed polyester body 1 consists of a peripheral side wall part 2, a bottom part 3 and a joined end part 4 provided at the top end of the side wall part. After the bottomed body 1 and a neck part 5 are mounted in a device, a rotating shaft 14 and accordingly a flywheel 20 and a rotating chuck 10 are driven in rotation by putting a motor 16 and a magnetic clutch 17 into actuation. At the stage that the rotational frequency of the rotating shaft has reached a certain value, the actuation of the magnetic clutch 17 and of the motor 16 are stopped. The rotating chuck 10 continues its free rotation due the inertia force of the flywheel 20. At this stage, a fixed supporting stand 6 is lifted by putting a lifting mechanism 9 into actuation. With the lifting of the stand, the joining end part 4 of the bottomed body 1 and the neck part 5 start to engage with each other, resulting in producing the frictional heat at their contact interfaces due to the friction between them so as to join them by the fusion of polyester.</p>
