PURPOSE:To provide a flat heater in which a thermistor can be easily mounted on a heater base board and a temperature can be accurately and speedily detected with high accuracy. CONSTITUTION:A belt-like resistance heating element 2 is installed on the surface 1A side of a base board 1 composed of a heat resistance-electric insulating material, and a tip-shaped thermistor 5 to detect a temperature of the heating element 2 is installed on the reverse 1B side. In the thermistor 5, a temperature sensing part 5b and terminal parts 5c are formed on one surface side of a base body 5a, and the other surface side of the base body 5a is situated on the board 1 side. The terminal parts 5c are connected to wiring conductors 6 formed on the reverse side of the board 1. This flat heater H, a fixing device mounted with this heater H and an image forming device by this fixing device are constituted. Thereby, a temperature can be adjusted with high accuracy, and the thermistor can be easily installed on the board, and since the jointing becomes the large area over the whole single surface, fixing strength is improved, so that thermorunaway of the heater is not caused due to thermistor separation. |
