<p>PURPOSE:To check abnormality in a device periodically, stop chargin when the abnormality is detected, monitor conditions of the device even after that, and restart charging when the device is restored to normal. CONSTITUTION:A charging control part 14 receives an abnormality determination signal from an input voltage abnormality detection device 15, and the input voltage abnormality detection device 15 is controlled to check an input voltage even after a switch 13 is turned to stop charging. When a normality determination signal is received from the input voltage abnormality detection device 15 instead of the abnormality detection device 15, the switch 13 is turned on, when charging is restarted.</p> |
