<p>PURPOSE:To suppress propagation of suspended algae by rising the temp. of lake water on a side upper than the prescribed altitude in a dam lake by a water temp. rising means and lowering the temp. of the river water flowing into this dam lake by a water temp. lowering means. CONSTITUTION:The cold water of a high temp. is taken in from the inflow river 2 by a high-temp. cold water pipe 13 and, after its heat is accumulated in a first heat pump 11, the cold water of a low temp. is released into the inflow river 2 by a low-temp. cold water pipe 14. On the other hand, the warm water of a low temp. is taken in from a circulating mixed layer 7 by a low-temp. warm water pipe 17 and, after the heat thereof is released in a first heat pump 11, the water is released as the warm water of the high temp. into the circulating mixed layer 7 by a high-temp. warm water pipe 16, by which the water temp. of the circulating mixed layer 7 on the side upper is rised than the prescribed altitude in the dam lake 1 and the temp. of the river water flowing into the dam lake 1 is lowered. As a result, the temp. of the inflow river water falls lower than the water temp. of the circulating mixed layer 7 and, therefore, the inflow river water flows into the part of the water depth on the side lower than the circulating mixed layer 7 than in the case of mere rising of the water temp. of the circulating mixed layer on the side upper than the prescribed altitude in the dam lake 1. The propagation of the suspended algae is consequently suppressed.</p> |
