PURPOSE:To provide a connector which is simple and flexible and enables effectiveness to a noise in several hundreds MHz or higher frequencies by constituting a part or the whole of a cage body or a pin receiving part out of a magnetic substance. CONSTITUTION:A connector is composed of a cage body 2, a pin receiving part 3, electrodes 4, electrode holes 5 and a cable inserting hole 6, and the electrodes 4 are insulated from each other. The cage body 2 is composed of a magnetic substance. Ferrite can be used as the magnetic substance. Even if a part of the pin receiving part 3 or the cage body or only a part of the pin receiving part 3 is composed of ferrite, it functions as a noise filter. Even if the magnetic substance formed by mixing powder or grains of ferrite in a nonmagnetic substance such as plastic is used as a part or the whole of the cage body 2 or the pin receiving part 3, it functions as a noise filter. Since an spurious electromagnetic wave is radiated in the circumferential direction from a lead wire, a cable, a cable end and the electrodes, it is more effective to arrange ferrite around the peripery of at least a single member of the lead wire, a cable wire or the electrodes. |
