PURPOSE:To easily form a bathtub product by vacuum molding, and improve the productivity by laminating a thermoplastic resin sheet on a cast acrylics sheet. CONSTITUTION:A bathtub sheet 1 is formed of a cast acrylics sheet 2 and a thermoplastic resin sheet 3 laminated to reinforce the cast acrylics sheet 2. The material of the thermoplastic resin sheet 3 can be adhered to the cast acrylics sheet 2 by fusion or through an adhesive. A highly heat resisting or highly rigid ABS resin is preferably used therefor. As the adhesive, for example, an ethylene vinyl acetate copolymer or the like is used. A proper pattern such as marble, grain, moire, or geometric pattern, or floral pattern is applied to the transparent cast acrylics sheet 2, and the thermoplastic resin sheet 3 colored to relief the pattern is laminated on the patterned side. |
