PURPOSE:To complete programmed control required to continue operation autonomously with high accuracy while maintaining service quality as to the radio base station facility in a mobile communication system. CONSTITUTION:This radio base station facility is equipped with an auxiliary storage means 14 which previously stores a program of the same version as or older version than the version of a program, a recovery processing means 15 which actuates an interface means 12 by loading a program, backed up in a storage means 13, to a main storage at a request for initialization generated or supplied from outside at the time of the feeding of driving electric power or in the execution process of the program, and a reloading means 16 which decides whether the operation state of the interface means 12 is proper or not on the basis of a predetermined criterion, loads the program, stored in the auxiliary storage means 14, to the main storage on the basis of the decision result, and actuates the interface means 12 on the basis of the program. |
