PURPOSE:To provide a method for automatically punching an offset printing plate which enables the automatic movement for the perforation of punched holes in the offset printing plate and the automatic offset printing to be performed to ensure the stabilization of operating efficiency and product quality, and at the same time, enables pre-arrangements for printing process to be changed comparatively easily as well as a device using the method. CONSTITUTION:A first stocker 2, a punching table 3 and a second stocker 4 are arranged adjacently on the same line and at the same time, a transport robot 5 which is engaged with these components is provided. In addition, an offset printing plate 6 on the first stocker 2 is sucked one by one using the suspension carrier 10 of the transport robot 5 and is shifted to the punching table 3 side. Next, the offset printing plate 6 is set at specified position using a positioning retainer means 8 consisting of a centering device 13 and a backup positioning part 14, on the punching table 3. Further, punched holes are perforated using an automatic puncher 9, then the offset printing plate 6 with the punched holes is shifted to the second stocker 4 side using the suspension carrier 10, and is delivered to the carrier 10 for storage. |
