PURPOSE:To provide a color electrophotographic device capable of improving the quality of an image and preventing a transfer material from generating wrinkles. CONSTITUTION:The device is provided with a photoreceptor 11, the electrifying device for electrifying the surface of the photorecepotor 11, the optical writing device and plural developing devices 14 to 17 for successively forming the toner image of the respective color. Moreover, it is provided with the intermediate transfer drum 18 for forming the color toner image by successively transferring the toner image of the respective color while applying the transfer voltage, the transfer device for transferring the color toner image formed on the intermediate transfer drum 18 altogether to the transfer material 20 and a fixing device 21 for fixing the transferred color toner image on the transfer material 20. Furthermore, it is provided with the transfer material specifying means for changing the transporting speed of the transfer material 20 corresponding to the kind of the transfer material 20. The speed in transferring and fixing is severally changed by changing the transporting speed of the transfer material 20. |
