PURPOSE:To provide a planning method for a required amount of item wherein it is not necessary to input the time to renewal the item, no old item before the time remain and a second production of the old item is not needed. CONSTITUTION:An item A is sometimes replaced with an item A' for the production plan of an MRP production controller. An operator registers the replacement of the item A with the item A' to produce an order table of the new items A' after assigning the total stock of items A to its required amount. If 10 pieces of items A, for example, are stocked, the record R22 shown in the Fig.C is divided into records R32 and R33 of a Fig.D. Then 10 pieces of stoked items A are assigned to both records R32 and R33. Thus old items A never remain in stock nor a new order table is produced for old items A. |
