PURPOSE:To provide an automatically issuing machine for documents for issuing documents in a short time, shortening the time needed for generating print image data. CONSTITUTION:When a power switch of a device 1 is turned on, the image data on an invariable part (form) of the desired document are produced for the total number of documents required based on the format of the document stored in an HDD22. The produced image data are stored in a form image data storage area of a RAM12. When a desired document is selected through a touch panel 4, a central control part 20 retrieves the corresponding form image data out of the form image data storage area and occasionally reads the personal data necessary for generation of the document out of the data base of a host computer 41. Then the part 20 produces the print image data based on the form image data and the personal data, and the print image data re printed on a form by a laser printer 25. |
