An assembly consisting of elements for temporarily maintaining the integrity of spring water, methods and devices for ingesting a liquid such as spring water and other esculent liquids with which containers are filled volumetrically in a controlled manner and in amounts such that the original properties of the liquid are retained. In one embodiment, the dispensing nozzle (14) of a supply unit (1) is inserted into a corresponding supply channel (17) connected to a sealed filling chamber (18) for filling a glass-like container (2), to open the supply unit (1) to be moved simultaneously by the inflowing liquid. Such methods are particularly useful in a spa. The method and device include a delivery unit consisting of a unit for selectively controlling an amount to be dispensed, a supply unit comprising a positive displacement pump (27) connected to a water spring (S) via a discharge channel leading to an ingestion unit enabling a predetermined amount of beverage to be consumed and liquids having their original properties to be transferred from one container to another. Such dispensing concepts are useful, e.g., for dispensing mineral water in spas. |
