PURPOSE:To improve security by confirming whether a customer is identified or not by collating the image data read in an image reading part and preliminarily prepared image data for collation. CONSTITUTION:An image reading part 10 optically reads the image data recorded in a medium 40 such as a bankbook or a cash card for performing a customer recognition. An image basic control part 21 performs the basic control of the read/write of the image such as seal impression image and customer's autograph signature recorded in the medium 40 of a customer. A handwriting collation control part 23 compares/collates the image data of the handwriting read from the medium 40 of the customer with the image data of the handwriting stored in a host and a server being information control parts. Further, a seal impression collation control part 24 compares/collates the image data of the read seal impression with the image data of the seal impression stored in the host and server. When the customer identification is completed, a transaction processing is performed. |
