PURPOSE:To provide a quantifying apparatus which has high quantifying accuracy in the case of dispensing sample and can rapidly dispense. CONSTITUTION:A flexible tube 3 is expanded by cleaning water supplied from a pump 11 through a syringe 4. In this case, a syringe driver 8 sucks to meet recovery of the tube 3 until the tube 3 is returned to an original state. Thus, when the tube 3 is in the step of returning, a head position of the water in a dispensing nozzle 2 is always maintained constant. Accordingly, protrusion or dropping of the water extruded from the tube 3 due to the recovery of the tube 3 from an end of the nozzle 2 is prevented. The tube 3 is recovered before entering the step of sucking the sample, and it is quantitatively determined in the next step with a high accuracy. |
