PURPOSE:To provide a press molding material compsn. for a panel tank extended in a period enabling high cycle molding by shortening the time required until the rising of viscosity in thickening reaches equilibrium and enabling the control of the viscosity at this time. CONSTITUTION:A saturated acid component and an alcohol component are reacted to synthesize saturated polyester with an acid value of 20 or less and one or more kind of an unsaturated acid component selected from maleic anhydride, fumaric acid and maleic acid and, if necessary, an alcohol component are reacted with the saturated polyester to obtain unsatureted polyester of which the number average mol.wt. is 1000-100000 in terms of polystyrene. 20-80 pts.wt. of unsaturated polyester is dissolved in 80-20 pts.wt. of an alpha,beta-ethylenic unsaturated monomer to prepare a compsn. (A). A compsn. (D) containing 100 pts.wt. of the compsn. (A), 0.2-5 pts.wt. of a thickener (B) and 0.2-50 pts.wt. of a curing agent (C) is used in an amt. of 90-50 pts.wt. with respect to 10-50 pts.wt. of a glass fiber (E) to impregnate the glass fiber (E) and the impregnated glass fiber is formed into a sheet. |
