PURPOSE:To provide a leaf spring type front suspension provide with a vehicle height adjusting function with which a frame ground height can be lifted in a suspension position on a front axle side during travel on a rough road. CONSTITUTION:In a supporting device for a leaf spring 2 supporting an axle 1 of a front wheel 22 in a four-wheel drive vehicle, one end of the leaf spring 2 to which the axle l is mounted is installed in a frame 4 via a front spring bracket 26, while the other end is journalled to the lower end of a shackle 3, and the upper end of the shackle 3 is journalled to one arm of a crank arm 6. The crank arm 6 is journalled to the frame 4 via a bracket 5, while the other arm of the crank arm 6 is journalled in a piston rod of a hydraulic cylinder 7, and the hydraulic cylinder 7 is fixed to the frame 4. |
