PURPOSE:To carry out more proper air conditioning control even when an outside air sensor fails. CONSTITUTION:When an outside air sensor 15 fails, a compressor 7 is turned off and an inside/outside air switching damper 2 is driven, so that an outside air introducing mode is switched on, and after the predetermined elapse of time, an outside air temperature is estimated on the basis of a detected temperature from an evaporator sensor 17 arranged in the vicinity of the evaporator 4, and then, an interior air conditioning is controlled on the basis of the estimated outside air temperature.
