PURPOSE:To automate the supply of cooked rice to a preparation apparatus for SUSHI (vinegared rice topped with a fish fillet), etc., and to enable easy and safe supply of cooked rice to a cooked rice hopper placed at a high place. CONSTITUTION:A front vertical rail 1a and a rear vertical rail 1b each having an inversion rail 1c at the top are parallelly arranged to form the right and left guide rails 1, 1. Winding transmission mechanisms 2, 2 are formed parallel to the guide rails 1, 1. A pair of upper rollers 5, 5 and a pair of rear rollers 6, 6 are pivoted at the right and left sides of the front end of a lifting frame 3 having a U-shaped top view with opened rear end. The upper rollers 5, 5 are engaged with the front vertical rail la and the lower rollers 6, 6 are engaged with the rear vertical rail 1b and pivoted to the winding transmission mechanisms 2. The lifting frame 3 is provided with a checking block 12 and a change-over switch having an action lever 19a in rotatable manner. The frame is further provided with a checking protrusion 20 to enable the checking of the cooked rice container 11. |
