PURPOSE:To eliminate a space between a product and the interior of a paper box even if a product of various kind, having different bulk, is packed into a paper box of identical size by providing an indicating section in a central portion of a side panel and providing a fold line in the central portion excluding the indicating section in parallel to each side of a bottom panel. CONSTITUTION:A quadratic prism-shaped paper box is provided, wherein the contents of the box can be put in or taken out by opening/closing of a top flap 8, and fold lines 5a, 5b, 5c, 5d are provided in a central portion, in a longitudinal direction, of side panels 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d adjacent four sides of a rectangular bottom panel 1, excluding an indicating section 7. And when a load is applied from above, the side panels 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d are bent and deformed along the fold lines 5a, 5b, 5c, 5d; however, the section 7 encircled by a closed loop-shaped fold line 7a is not bent or folded, but held in a flat state. And in order to fill a gap produced by the bending of the panels 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d at a corner of the rectangular bottom panel 1, a fold piece 10 adapted to be folded inwardly is provided. |
