PURPOSE:To raise the starter without system-down in an initial setting stage when a CPU implements save processing by allowing the starter to detect a decrease in an output of a battery when the battery with less capacity is used to raise the starter. CONSTITUTION:The mechanism is provided with a voltage comparator section 5 comparing an output voltage of a battery 1 with a reference voltage to detect a voltage drop of the battery, a counter section 6 calculating number of times of voltage drop detected by the voltage comparator section 5, a register 8 storing the value calculated by the counter section 6 in a way that the calculated value is read by a CPU 9, and a power supply control section 7 controlling a power load when the starter is raised depending on the value read by the CPU 9. |
