<p>PURPOSE:To provide a manufacturing method for an inexpensive ID card with solid floating patterns, letter and the like and enjoyable patterns of beautiful appearance which are suitable for mass production. CONSTITUTION:Oversheets 1a and 1b composed of transparent, rigid vinyl chloride sheets are applied to both faces of a core 2 composed of milkwhite hard vinyl chloride sheets with desired patterns printed on one face, and the sheets are clamped by a mirror metal plate 3 and another mirror metal plate 4 embossed 6 along a pattern desired to turn into solid all over the printed patterns, and heated and fixed by pressure under a given laminating condition to manufacture an ID card laminate.</p> |
